Overcharging
We always charge accurately according to our quoted rates. In the rare event that any of our engineers intentionally overcharge, they will be dismissed and a full refund issued.
Accountability
We take full responsibility if work is not completed to our high standards. If you are unsatisfied, contact our call center, and we will resolve the issue by sending a specialist or a technical service manager at a convenient time. We never perform unnecessary work or pressure clients into services they do not need.
